14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict of law principles.

- Binding Arbitration: EXCEPT FOR DISPUTES RELATING TO INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF REGARDING THE ENFORCEMENT OR VALIDITY OF YOUR OR OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, any unresolved dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the Judgment may be entered in court. Proceedings occur in Harare, Zimbabwe. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTIONS. Claims must be filed within one (1) year. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm.
15. Submissions
Unsolicited ideas, suggestions, or materials submitted become our sole property without compensation or confidentiality.
16. Promotions
Promotions may have separate rules. You are responsible for reading and complying with those rules. Additional terms may apply to purchases.
17. Typographical Errors
We reserve the right to cancel orders placed for products/services listed incorrectly due to error. If charged, a credit will be issued.
18. Miscellaneous
- Assignment: We may assign our rights; you may not without our consent.
- Force Majeure: Not liable for failure due to unforeseen events beyond control.
